Product Images & Measurement
All images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. Due to differences in monitors, colors of products may also appear different to those shown on this website. 

A 10-20% discrepancy in measurement is considered normal.



Product Quality

We guarantee that all advertised products are 100% new.

Quality check will be done before we send out your parcel.

Due to manufacturing limitations/processes, there will be inevitably some minor wears/tiny spots/imperfections/smells that will not affect the use/appearance/safety of products as a whole.



How to Get Your Parcel


1. Delivery 

Please provide accurate address, contact number and name of the person to contact to avoid any delay in delivery.

In the event of goods failed to be delivered due to wrong or incomplete, we will notify you in person. 

Delivery charge is calculated based on the total weight of your parcel. The total sum of delivery charge can be checked upon checkout.

Goods will be shipped within 6-18 working days after online payment is confirmed.

Once shipped, you will receive the parcel within 1-7 working days.

If the product you have received is unused but faulty, damaged, or wrongly described anywhere within our website, you are able to ask for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of your parcel arrival (Please refer to our return/exchange policy for more details).


2. Buy Online, Pick Up At Our Warehouse

Full payment should be made before proceeding to pick up at our warehouse.

We will notify you to come pick up after your parcel is ready.

Your parcel will be ready within 1-2 working days (extra time is needed if your order quantity is large).

Kindly check/inspect the products before leaving our premises. All goods are not exchangeable/refundable once leaving our premises.


3. Pay At Pickup

In the event where u wish to pay at pickup, please feel free to contact our customer support to discuss on the payment term/method.

We will notify you to come pick up after your parcel is ready.

Your parcel will be ready within 1-2 working days (extra time is needed if your order quantity is large).

Kindly check/inspect the products before leaving our premises. All goods are not exchangeable/refundable once leaving our premises.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the selling of our products (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

 We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of selling of our products.



Invoice

A copy of product details/invoice will be attached in the parcel upon request.  



Order Cancellation

Order cancellation can be done before we processed your parcel.
